Founder & CEOCierra Buckman brings 13 years of clinical research operations experience across Johns Hopkins, ECU, and Duke. She previously served as Executive Director of Clinical Trials at ECU Health, overseeing 350+ active studies and $20M in annual research activity. She has published 37+ peer-reviewed articles, including recent work in JAMA Internal Medicine, and is now building TrialON to modernize how clinical trial sites start and manage studies.

Senior Software Engineer at HubSpot, with 10 years of full-stack engineering experience and deep exposure to enterprise SaaS development.

Joshua Famous
Lead Engineer
Joshua brings 9 years of full-stack software engineering experience designing, building, and deploying applications that solve real-world problems. He is currently a Full-Stack Software Engineer at Appian and holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Penn State. He previously led development of an AI-powered transcript processing system for Penn State admissions and was engineer #3 at a funded medical device supply chain startup.
